• Childhood trauma in a painful experience for most os us, in ways small
and large, from disappointments to loss to abandonment by parents to
neglect and abuse. These painful experiences remain with us, affecting
and limiting our lives and relationships until something stimulates us to
    reach out for help.

Psychotherapy is one important way to find help. My approach, a
person-centered approach, is to create a relationship with clients. I
invite you to share with me why you have come. I listen carefully and
    respond with empathy and respect.

    My focus of therapy is:

    Connecting with your Feelings

    Finding your Voice

    Connecting with Others

Creating the Life and Relationships You Want.

The need for connection with others in authentic ways is the most
    deeply felt human need.

Once we experience that, we are able to give it to others, like in small
ways, responding to a child who is hurting in the moment. We are also
able to choose relationships with others who are capable of that kind of
connection and intimacy, enriching our lives.

It is up to us, individually and collectively, to Create the Life we want.
